When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details of the drainage problem.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out work, issue invoices and keep records required by law. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform that contract, and to meet our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Third parties
Our website uses Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which may receive your IP address. Our email is hosted by Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing drainunblockersconnectltd@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
