These terms apply to all work carried out by Drain Unblockers Connect Ltd ("we", "us"). By booking a service you agree to them.
Quotations
We provide a price before work begins. If, once on site, we find the job differs from the description given, we will explain and agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. Commercial account customers will be invoiced in line with their account terms.
Access
You agree to give our engineers safe access to the drainage system and to tell us of any known hazards, shared drains or restrictions.
Guarantees
Repairs are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Blockage clearances cannot be guaranteed against new blockages caused by misuse, such as wipes, fat or foreign objects entering the drain.
Liability
We hold public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in drains, pipes or structures, or for damage that results from such defects during normal drainage work.
Cancellations
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Where an engineer has already attended site, a charge may apply.
